Description: Assist customers with resolution of WAN/LAN networking issues. Responsibilities include telephone contact with customers. The qualified candidate must have 2+ years experience in TCP/IP, Frame Relay, LAN/WAN, Internet, Gateways and routers plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Light travel may be required. BS or CS degree or equivalent experience highly desirable.
