Problems/Symptoms: ACP 50 units equipped with Type 2 CPU part number: 700253-XX Rev S or earlier may experience random outages on the High Speed VHSL lines or system reboots.

Resolution/Issue: CPU part number 700253-03 Rev T or greater resolves the problems reported.

NetGuard Coverage: Users of equipment covered by a NetGuard GP Support Agreement, which provides hardware support coverage, may be upgraded free of charge. Please report the problem by completing the Hardware Problem Reporting Form available on our web site. Other users interested in upgrading their hardware are also invited to complete the form and will be contacted by the appropriate technical support personnel.
