Problems/Symptoms: Customers have reported sporadic problems during bootup and configuration saves with the optional Flash Card module labeled with software model number beginning with a seven.

Resolution/Issue: Flash Card module model no. 7800-001 resolves the problem.

NetGuard Coverage: Users of equipment covered by a NetGuard GP Support Agreement, which provides hardware support coverage, may trade-in their Flash Card free of charge. Please report the problem by completing the Hardware Problem Reporting Form available on our web site. Other users interested in upgrading their Flash Card are also invited to complete the form and will be contacted by the appropriate technical support personnel.
